4000 Steps Walk

4000 Steps is a fun, experiential event held here on our campus by the Human Coalition and CURA Women's Care Clinic. Participants in the walk will learn about the obstacles an unexpected pregnancy presents, as well as the tough choices a woman faces as she chooses life for her baby. We are looking for leaders to gather teams of 10 people to raise at least $100 per member. Interested in volunteering or being a team leader? You can register by clicking the link below. Kids Choir Camp

All kids, completed Kindergarten - 5th grade, are invited to participate in this summer's choir camp, In the Big Inning. We will meet from 9am - 4pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 12noon on Friday. On Friday night, we will perform for our family and friends. Our days will be filled with preparing for the musical and fun activities. On Monday - Thursday, each child needs to bring a sack lunch.

This years VBS theme is Game On! God has given us His complete Word as the ultimate playbook to get us through the "big game" of life.  He’s given us Himself, which gives us a reason to celebrate. He wants us to join His team, to train hard, to celebrate our salvation, to encourage one another, and spur each other on. For ages 4 years old –  completed 5th grade. Mon.-Thur. from 6-8:15pm.

Compassion International Ecuador Trip

Compassion International Ecuador Trip

Church at the Cross is sending a team in October to visit Compassion International projects and supported children. Seventy five children were sponsored through the Compassion Experience that we hosted in 2017. This trip will allow some team members to actually meet their sponsored child. We will get opportunity to experience Ecuadorian culture, host a VBS, worship with the people, and have some home visits. All trip members will get to see the transformative power of the love and support that Compassion provides children every day.  Send questions to Outreach Minister Geoffrey Bertram. Visitors to the Compassion Experience will take a journey into the realities of global poverty, where they’ll walk through the homes, streets, markets and schools of the countries that Compassion serves – without leaving home. This event is dedicated to bringing true stories of hope and transformation from the developing world to the US, and in the process, seeing many more children released from poverty in Jesus’ name.

Good Friday at CATC

Join us for Good Friday on March 30 at 7pm (Kids Ministry for birth-4th). As an addition to our Good Friday gathering, we also invite you to participate in a spiritual pilgrimage of sorts. We have created a walk through the 14 stations of the cross. These interactive stations immerse you in an artistic experience contemplating the Passion of Christ, from the Garden of Gethsemane to the tomb. We are excited for our community to experience this interactive devotion. It will be available from 5-9pm on Fri., Mar 30.

Students will stay in host homes provided by Church at the Cross members and participate in small groups led by competent and trusted leaders.
