We are looking for a Women’s Spiritual Formation Ministry Associate to encourage and equip women of all ages to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and participate effectively in His mission.
This role will support Women’s Ministry, Care Ministry, and Groups Ministry by helping cultivate an environment of spiritual care, connecting women to opportunities for care and discipleship, and equipping and shepherding female leaders. Responsibilities include administering and implementing Women’s Ministry initiatives and supporting the spiritual formation of women throughout CATC.

We are looking for a Business Administrator to lead and oversee the administrative and operational functions of Church at the Cross, including facilities, finance, and administration. This role will provide leadership and support to key staff members, ensuring church operations run smoothly and effectively to support the growing needs of our ministries.
