Week 3: Why did Jesus die?

Tonight is a hard and yet beautiful night. Attendees will discuss the reason that Jesus died.

Scripture: Romans 5:8 — But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Prayer Prompt: Pray that the message of the cross would cut through confusion or indifference. Ask God to help guests see the depth of His love and the freedom found in Christ’s sacrifice. The cross is where love and justice meet. Pray that guests would understand the beauty of Christ’s death and the hope it brings. Pray that guests would repent and place their faith in Him.
