Day 21

Welcome to Day 21 of 21 Days of Prayer for Alpha!

Alpha starts tomorrow! Today, we pray with expectation for lasting transformation. That Alpha would lead many to publicly declare their faith in Jesus through baptism.

Scripture: Acts 2:41

So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.

Prayer Prompt: Pray that the seeds planted during Alpha would lead to repentance, faith, and baptism. Ask God to give courage to those who believe, that they would take the step of declaring Jesus as Lord through the waters of baptism. Baptism is a powerful picture of new life in Christ. Pray that Alpha would not only spark curiosity but also ignite faith that results in lives forever changed! Pray that participants in Alpha would be buried with Christ in baptism and raised to walk in newness of life.

Final Notes: Our hearts are filled with gratitude for your prayers over these past 21 days! We wait eagerly with expectation at how God is going to move in this semester to glorify Himself and save those who are lost.
