Men

Brotherhood in Action

Men need a place in the church to connect with other men and receive encouragement and exhortation in a way that relates to their unique calling in this world as men. At CATC we want to see men grow to be strong and faithful servants in their homes, work places and community. Over the last year we really saw an increase in demand for from men for environments that will help them do just that. Our Men’s Breakfast had an average attendance of about 65 men on Friday mornings coming together to connect and grow. The highlight of the year was our series, “Stories from the Arena”, where every month, 3-4 men would share how they are striving to be faithful to God in a different arena that God has placed them in.

With this high demand, we increased our men’s activities as well by launching Friday morning basketball and Guys Night. Guys Night in particular was a powerful evening where men brought friends, neighbors and co-workers for a night of worship, fellowship and teaching. We are looking forward to offering even more opportunities this year for our men to connect. If you have yet to come out to a Men’s Breakfast, please join us. You will find a group of men eager to walk alongside of you.
